By submitting musical sound recordings, cover artwork, and metadata through the RSS Music Distribution platform, you grant RSS Music Distribution a non-exclusive, worldwide digital transmission license to distribute, ingest, broadcast, and collect revenues from designated digital service providers (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music.
2. 100% Artist Master & Copyright Ownership
You retain 100% of the underlying copyright, author rights, composition rights, and master sound recording rights at all times. RSS Music Distribution claims zero equity, transfer of copyright, or master ownership in your intellectual property.
3. Royalty Calculation & Payout Accounting
RSS Music Distribution credits 100% of net royalties received from digital stores directly into your artist dashboard wallet. Artists may request withdrawals at any time once their account balance reaches the minimum threshold of $50.00 USD via Bank Wire, PayPal, Payoneer, or local mobile financial services.
4. Original Content Warranty & Ingestion Guidelines
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and sample clearances for all audio recordings, lyrics, artwork, and visual content submitted. The upload of unauthorized third-party content, uncleared samples, copyright infringement, or artificial stream manipulation (stream fraud) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate catalog takedown.
5. Catalog Takedowns & Termination
You may request a digital takedown of any or all of your distributed releases at any time through our artist support desk. RSS Music Distribution will dispatch formal takedown instructions to all partner stores within 48 to 72 business hours.
